This fall, the Mom’s Group will meet on Thursday evenings from 7:00-8:30pm to allow all moms to attend. We will begin with Having a Mary Heart in a Martha World, a series about finding intimacy with God in the busyness of life.
So, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, walk in him, rooted in him and built upon him and established in the faith as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving. Colossians 2:6-7
The foundation of discipleship is lifelong conversion. St. Paul used the Greek term metanoia to describe this ongoing conversion to which all of us are called. As part of this conversion process, we learn more about Jesus and His life and teachings, and we learn about the Catholic Church and her teachings which have been handed down through the centuries.
At St. Mary Magdalen, we offer opportunities to grow both from specific events and classes that we host for parishioners, and from a variety of carefully curated resources that we know will help people on their faith journey. Our Adult Formation Ministry Team and Youth Ministry Council coordinates and plans all of these activities for the parish.
