What is the Confraternity of Christian Mothers?
The Confraternity of Christian Mothers is a Catholic organization that supports mothers in nurturing their families’ faith and moral values. Through prayer, guidance, and community, it helps all women fulfill their spiritual role in shaping future generations. Come, grow closer to Christ, and join a community of women praying for each other.
Come to me all who are weary and are carrying heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.

Our Chapter
We are excited to form a new Chapter at St. Mary Magdalen Parish. We meet once a month on the last Thursday of the month, starting with adoration at 6pm for half an hour and then followed by our meeting and social.
Once a quarter we switch our Thursday meeting to Sunday to accommodate those with busy weekday schedules. These are no-prep, no-homework meetings, so come when you can! We hope you can come often.
Please see our Meeting Dates schedule below for specific dates -- November and December dates are shifted because of Thanksgiving and Christmas.

All meetings are held in Magdala Hall, which is the house on our campus that is nearest Old US 23. The driveway to Magdala Hall is immediately on the right, after pulling into St. Mary Magdalen from Old US 23.
Adoration, where noted below, is in the Day Chapel. The Day Chapel is the frosted glass doors straight back from the main Church doors in the Gathering Space.

REQUIRED
Pray the Mother’s Daily Prayer (takes 45 seconds!)
Attend a meeting once a quarter without compromising other family responsibilities (family comes first!)
Offer your personal Mass intentions for Confraternity members once a month (we recommend the first Sunday of the month to keep it easy)
Pay annual dues -- $40 for your first year, $20 for renewing members. This covers prayer cards, speaker fees when needed, and other small miscellaneous expenses
ENCOURAGED, BUT NOT REQUIRED
Participate in monthly meetings, Masses, Holy Hours, and other events as often as possible without compromising other responsibilities
Use the Mother Love prayer book as part of your personal spiritual formation (talk to an officer about getting one at a discounted price!)
Pray for other members (including deceased members), your local Director, officers, and National Executive director
